DYNAMIKA-RA
DYNAMIKA-RA (www.dynamika-ra.com) is a reliable and easy-to-use Computer-Aided Detection (CAD) software for computational MRI and X-ray data analysis in rheumatology research and clinical practice.
Encompassing 5 years of continuous product refinement, Dynamika-RA incorporates comprehensive functionality for
- Dynamic MRI data viewing, analysis, reporting
- MRI data analysis and reporting
- X-ray processing and quantification
- Clinical symptom reporting
Supported by extensive pier-reviewed research and used by a number of healthcare professionals, DYNAMIKA-RA is the first advanced software platform for all-in-one analysis of X-ray, MRI, and DCE-MRI as well as symptom based clinical reporting and diagnostic decision support.
DYNAMIKA-RA incorporates the latest technological and scientific thinking and allows for the fully automated analysis and interpretation of MRI scans using traditional and innovative algorithms.
The development of DYNAMIKA-RA is led by leading experts in imaging and sector key opinion leaders.
The software updates are issued every 3 months and are comprised of the suggestions put forward by the researchers.
Main functionality of the software includes:
DICOM Data Reading and Viewing
Temporal slice based and volume based data display allows easy and fast data assessment and patient data review.
DYNAMIKA-RA enables DICOM data understanding and interpretation, accommodates 0.2T – 3T studies, performed with Gradient Echo or Spin Echo sequences and acquired from active patients and healthy controls.
Patient Motion Correction in 2D and 3D
Efficient algorithms reduce the motion artifacts present in dynamic 2D and 3D sequences, which contributes to the data fidelity and delivers images of much higher quality, especially acquired with low-field scanners.
Data Manipulation
With DYNAMIKA-RA the data can be thoroughly explored and analysed. Using image manipulation techniques, some frames can be taken out allowing for the more robust analysis and the reduction of the number of referrals.
Regions of Interest Based Analysis
DYNAMIKA-RA incorporates traditional and innovative ways of data analysis, which include computer-guided region-of-interest method, automated calculation of Relative Enhancement and Rate of Early Enhancement, Contrast Uptake Time adjustment, and real time Region of Interest analysis.
Subtraction Maps
DYNAMIKA-RA aligns, compares and analyses subtraction pre and post-contrast data and allows for the computer-guided interpretation of the data.
Quantitative MRI and Parameter Maps
Efficient segmentation algorithms allow separation of different tissues of interest, in particular synovial tissue and oedema. DYNAMIKA-RA delivers easy to interpret parametric and contrast inflow maps, where disease affected areas are colour-coded according to the degree of perfusion. Visual and statistical results show the morphology and perfusion of the tissues. This fully automated method reduces the observer’s influence on diagnostic decision and provides 100% reproducibility of the results.
Pixel-by-Pixel Analysis and Intensity Curves
DYNAMIKA-RA can be used to perform fully automated pixel-by-pixel analyse of DCE-MRI data without the need for manual region-of-interest selection or image subtraction. The results are robust and 100% repeatable, which makes follow-up analysis easy.
Portfolio for Reporting
Once the study is analysed and the radiologist is satisfied with the findings, DYNAMIKA-RA automatically creates reports with statistical and visual information in HTML and excel compatible formats for easy transfer and follow-up analysis.
This helps standardising reading procedures, inter-study communication, follow-up analysis and standardisation of data processing in IIS and RCT
Compliance
DYNAMIKA-RA is DICOM compliant. It can be installed on any workstation or PAC system, can be used with images acquired from any MRI scanner regardless of the magnetic strength and acquisition parameters.
